Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange or return within 15 days in the following cases: receipt of a damaged or defective product, or receipt of an incorrect shipment, or a manufacturing defect.
To cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
Return Conditions
Products must remain in their original condition, unopened and unused. The return request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
We do not accept returns for perishable products. The customer bears the shipping costs for returned products, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will be notified of the order status. If the return is accepted, the due amount will be automatically transferred to the payment method you used.
